Good morning

Welcome to Title Boy's Thoughts! I appreciate you taking the time to read my first blog. I have many thoughts to share about my experience in the business. I promise that it will not be all ranting and raving, but I can tell you that there is a lot that I am sick about. Future posts will include: settling at the end of the month (WHY WHY WHY!? Because you want the buyer/borrower to save a little prepaid interest on the new loan?), the negative am loans and the foreclosure mess we are in (I am actually glad that mortgage companies are "imploding"), my current and former employees and co-workers, and so much more.
